By logging on to our gaming servers and forums, you have agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions. Those who violate our rules for the first time will be kicked off the server as a warning. Repeat violators will be permanently banned. Anyone harassing anyone in any way will be banned. In this way our server will continue to be a home to friendly Christian gamers. Good hunting!
PLAY HONORABLY. Do not spoil the fun of the game for other players with any disruptive behaviour. Respect all other players on the server.
DO NOT ACCUSE OTHERS, even if you suspect them of cheating or playing unfairly. Use our forums to submit any relevant data to the Server Admins and they will look into the situation. Accusing others only serves to ruin the gameplay and interrupt others who just want to have a good time.
DO NOT COMPLAIN/WHINE at the situation of the game. Sometimes things are not fair. You may have to fight a team that's better than you, but complaining about it only serves to cause resentment among others. Those who complain continuously will be asked to stop and subsequently kicked and/or banned for non-compliance. Enjoy the game and don't let silly things bother you!
NO CHEATING, HACKING or use of any game modifications that give an unfair advantage of any kind. Random screen shots may be taken by the game server administrators.
NO TEAM KILLING/WOUNDING (intentionally wounding or trying to kill members of ones own team when Friendly Fire is on.) If you accidentally or unintentionally shoot a member of your team, you should apologize to that player and watch your aim. Repeated intential team killing or wounding will result in a permanent ban from our servers.
NO CRUDE OR VULGAR LANGUAGE on the game servers. If you are caught being gratuitously offensive or abusive to other players, our admins will ban you from our server. People play the game for fun, players do not expect to receive abuse. We have a zero tolerance policy - if you act anti-socially, then expect to be dealt with accordingly.
NO OFFENSIVE PLAYER NAMES. If you are caught using an offensive name on the server you will be asked to change it. If you fail to change it in a timely manner, an admin will change it for you. Changing your name back will get you banned from our server. We are a Christian based clan, youth and families play here. Offensive names will not be tolerated.
NO CLAN ADVERTISING OR RECRUITING. No one is allowed to recruit on our server or advertise other servers there. Doing so will result in an Instant Ban.
RESPECT THE ADMINS and comply with all of their requests. Ignoring or taunting the admins is a very good way to get kicked or banned. Our admins are real people and have their limits. If you feel you are being treated improperly by an admin, contact us using our Forums.
-]DES[- MEMBERS MUST WEAR THEIR TAGS while playing the game at all times. Specific rules for tag use are listed elsewhere, but as a general rule, the "-]DES[-" portion must always be present.
NON MEMBERS WHO WEAR OUR TAGS are subject to an Instant Ban, there are 0 exceptions.
The following rules apply specifically to the Spearhead Server.
NO LANDSHARKING. If you are seen doing this you will be banned instantly. This is a cheat, and any form of cheating is not tolerated!
NO TEAMKILLING/BASHING/SHOOTING (intentionally shooting or trying to kill members of ones own team when Friendly Fire is on). All of our maps are based on team play. If you accidentally or unintentionally shoot a member of your team, you should apologize to that player and watch your aim. 3 teams kills will get you booted off the server. If you are removed 3 times within 24 hours for non-ping problems and you will be banned for 24 hours.
NO SPECTATING. Under no circumstances are players permitted to spectate the other team to locate the position of an enemy. If anyone is caught doing this you will be warned once. Any repeat violations will result in a permanent ban from our server.
CRASHING SERVERS. Deliberate interference in the running of the server by using bugs or hacks to crash it or exploits is a very serious offence. We shall therefore not hesitate in reporting your IP address to our service provider to permanently exclude you from playing on our and any other server.
NO SPAMMING on our server. Repeating a message several times, one right after the next, is not necessary, and has been known to cause lag or even crash the server. We do not tolerate it, and anyone found doing it will be warned once, and kicked or banned for non-compliance. This rule does not apply to RCON users who temporarily spam to get a message across.
NO FOUL LANGUAGE will be tolerated. Anyone using a swear/curse/cuss word will be kicked from our server. Repeat offenders will be banned from our TeamSpeak server. Members will have their TeamSpeak priveleges removed indefinitely.
NO HARRASSMENT is allowed. Do not harrass others in TeamSpeak in any way. Such activity is grounds for immediate ban.
YOUTH & ADULTS are not allowed in the same channel if there is only 1 Adult and 1 Youth, unless the Adult is the Parent/Guardian of the Youth, OR the two people are related. There are no other exceptions to this. Anyone found violating the rule will be asked to leave the channel.
NO RECORDING is allowed on our server, unless the person recording is a certified Server Admin on our server, or unless they are recording themself. Anyone found recording in any other way will be asked to stop once and kicked or banned for non- compliance. (In certain States, recording somebody without their permission is illegal. You may be breaking the law in addition to breaking our rules if you do this.)
NO FOUL LANGUAGE/ACRONYMS will be tolerated. This includes use of acronyms such as 'omg' or similar. We ask that you do not use our Lord's name in a bad way. He is the Creator of the Universe and should be shown the respect He is worthy of. This also includes any and all swear words.
NO INAPPROPRIATE SIGNATURES will be allowed. This includes signatures containing: pornographic or illicit material, foul language, anti-Christian material, anti-American/Israel material, or similar. Anyone found using such material will be banned from our Forums. Youth and family visit our forums and we intend on keeping it a clean place.
NO SPAMMING will be allowed. This does not refer to the occasional jib-jab inside a topic. This means posting something over and over again until it becomes a nuissance to the forum members. Keep your posts and replies brief and to the point so our forums will be an enjoyable place to commune. Anyone found spamming will have their posts removed, warned, and banned for non-compliance.
DO NOT POST UNRELATED ITEMS IN A TOPIC. This is common courtesy. If someone has started a topic about a PC Game, that is not the place you should speak about Cooking. If you want to speak about something unrelated, please post it in the proper forum, and do not ruin someone else's topic. If you are unsure of where to post a topic, place it in the General Category->General Discussion board, and make a note in your post for an Admin to move the topic to the appropriate board if necessary.
DO NOT BUMP TOPICS! If you asked a question and it wasn't answered promptly, give it a few days before replying to a topic. Bumping your topic every 5 minutes because no one has replied to it is inconsiderate of others and will not be tolerated.
